Users must do posts that fit each of the topics inside Blogchain.

A post could be deleted, accounts can be banned depending on the severity of the posts.
Any impersonations of Blogchain, account, token, etc. Will be deleted and immediately banned from the app across all media, and Blogchain will seek legal action.

4. Token Trading and Creation on Blogchain.us

By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

Token Creation & Trading: You may create and trade tokens on Blogchain.us at your own risk. The platform does not guarantee liquidity, market activity, or value retention of any token.
Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your token complies with applicable laws, including securities regulations, tax obligations, and anti-fraud provisions.
No Endorsement: Listing or trading a token on Blogchain.us does not constitute an endorsement, and the platform disclaims all liability for token functionality, rug pulls, or scams.
Fees & Changes: Transaction fees, creation fees, and platform rules may change without prior notice.
Prohibited Conduct: You may not create tokens that infringe on intellectual property, promote illegal activities, or manipulate markets. Violations may result in token removal or account suspension.
No Refunds: All transactions are final; no refunds will be issued for token purchases, creation fees, or lost funds due to smart contract exploits.

By proceeding, you accept full responsibility for your actions on Blogchain.us and waive any claims against the platform for losses incurred.

Trading Terms

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to trade or create tokens.
You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. Blogchain.us is not liable for unauthorized access or lost funds.

2. Token Trading Risks

Trading tokens involves high risk, including potential total loss of funds.
Prices are volatile and may be subject to manipulation. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Blogchain.us does not endorse or verify any token’s legitimacy. Trade at your own risk.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Engage in market manipulation (e.g., wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump schemes).
Create or trade tokens that infringe on intellectual property, promote illegal activities, or contain malicious code.
Use bots or automated scripts to exploit the platform.

4. Fees & Refunds

Trading fees apply and may change without notice.
All transactions are final. No refunds for failed, mistaken, or fraudulent trades.

5. Smart Contract & Technical Risks

Tokens are deployed via smart contracts. Blogchain.us is not responsible for bugs, exploits, or loss due to contract vulnerabilities.
Network congestion or blockchain failures may delay or prevent transactions.

6. Termination & Disputes

Blogchain.us reserves the right to suspend trading, freeze accounts, or delist tokens for violations.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration, with governing law as specified in our full Terms of Service.

7. No Financial Advice

Blogchain.us does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. You alone assume all risks associated with trading.

By trading on Blogchain.us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not for any fraudulent or harmful activities.
You must not violate any applicable laws, infringe intellectual property, or distribute malware.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and all activities under it.
- In terms of trading the tokens inside the platform, you are responsible for the loss of all of your funds and the company “Blogchain LTD” will bear no responsibility.
- In terms of depositing or withdrawing, any mistake in sending funds will be fully the responsibility of the sender and the company “Blogchain LTD” will bear no responsibility.
- Trading fees are 0% as of May 1st 2025, but they can change at any time. There will be a notice in your homepage if any changes to the terms and conditions appear. If changes do occur, failure to adhere to the trading fees might result in partial loss of your funds, amounting to 0.5% of your trades.
- If a user does a post that doesn’t belong to the category they selected, the post will be removed. The user must adhere to the posting guidelines.

All content (text, logos, graphics, software) on this Website is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
